FORMS / For students

Regular students may benefit from maternity leave (up to six months) or paternity leave (up to five days for Regiment 2013 and up to 20 days for Regiment 2018), with suspension of statutory deadline counting.

Please hand the reports to the PPGEP-EPUSP secretariat:

– Student’s request Student request, with duration in days and beginning date, considering date of birth or adoption.
– Documentary proof: certificate of birth or adoption.
– Letter from the advisor with opinion on the student’s academic evolution and updated time schedule, according to the new thesis/dissertation deposit deadline.

The request will be assessed at the CCP meeting and forwarded to the CPG meeting.
